Since his youth, Alexandre Daguet has lived in a family cocoon in the Sarthe and always loved the tasty and gourmet dishes that he enjoyed to concoct with his mother. He passed his CAP cuisine and evolved among some great chefs such as Joël Robuchon.

The restaurant l’Orangerie offers you authentic and tasty cuisine in a unique setting. The Chef focuses on seasonal, local products, using as much fruits and vegetables from the Château’s vegetable garden, worked in permaculture. His ambition is to work with more and more local producers such as the Gireaud cheese factory located in Beaulieu-sur-Layon and use organic products, to reduce our waste and limit our ecological impact.
