The evening began in style with the presentation of the Best Culinary Creations 2023 rankings, highlighting the exceptional talents who are shaping the gastronomic landscape. Each winner was celebrated for their unique expertise and contribution to the art of cooking.
On this occasion, the Kitchen Generation prize for young chefs of the year was awarded to Sébastien Tantot, owner of the Auberge à la Bonne Idée in Saint-Jean-aux-Bois (Oise).
