Much more than a simple brasserie, the Rive Gauche restaurant is a gastronomic institution that has embodied elegance and refinement since 1983. Under the direction of chef Guillaume Lepeltier, this emblematic address offers a unique culinary experience, combining tradition and modernity. The chef’s cuisine is distinguished by his creativity and attention to detail, highlighting fresh and seasonal products with finesse. Born in a small village southwest of Paris, Guillaume Lepeltier was not always attracted to cooking. His childhood was punctuated by street games with his friends and festive family meals. After starting out in a restaurant chain, it was at the age of 30 that he developed his passion for cooking, putting his expertise to use by giving lessons to individuals. Today, his creations strive to achieve excellence while keeping in mind the principle of “less is more”.
